Guangzhou GRG Metrology & Test (Hunan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as GRGTEST (Hunan)), located in Luguyu Park, Wenxuan Road, Changsha, has established laboratories of food testing, environmental testing, reliability and environment, and measurement and calibration. It has cooperated with Changsha National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone Administration Committee to build the public service platform for measurement, testing and certification in the Changsha National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone. The company has passed the accreditation of CNAS, CMA and CATL and has obtained the qualification of the food retesting. It is the "Key Laboratory of Southern Cultivated Land Pollution Prevention and Control Enterprises of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs", the first batch of "National Laboratory for Detailed Investigation and Testing of Soil Pollution" recognized by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Ministry of Land and Resources and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the "High-tech Enterprises" recognized by the China Hunan Provincial Science & Technology Department and the Hunan Provincial Department of Finance and also an environmental protection education base and food safety publicity and education base.
The laboratories of GRGTEST (Hunan), with a total area of more than 7,000 square and nearly 300 employees, are equipped with more than 1,400 sets of advanced high-end measuring and testing instruments and equipment. For four consecutive years, it has undertaken key national soil remediation projects, joint pilot projects of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, food safety supervision projects sampling from the national and provincial governments, and testing service projects entrusted by Henan, Hunan, Guangxi, Jiangxi and other provincial governments and enterprises. Its services mainly involve environmental pollution survey, pollution source monitoring, heavy metal pollution investigation, soil investigation, food safety supervision and inspection, food quality control and supervision, and food safety training consultation, etc. It has provided localized services of measurement and testing, reliability and environmental testing, food testing and environmental testing for the government and enterprises.
